Today we talk food. What is your favorite food? What's your favorite recipe? I love Puerto Rican food, and there are many recipes that I could call my favorite. Today's project is supposed to get you speaking, reading, writing, listening, and dreaming about great food.Your job is to invent your own recipe of a dish no one else had made before. You can create it no matter how crazy it sounds. The rules are simple. You must create a unique dish using the vocabulary from chapter 11, you may include other ingredients, but half of your ingredients must come from chapter 11 or page 226 in our book. This will be just stage 1 of your project.
Stage 2 will be a presentation of your unique recipe to the world on a TV show. More about stage 2 later.
